Here’s how it works, from idea to delivery
Not with a bot, a real human (our founder!). A conversation with an experienced guide who listens, understands your goals, and helps you see what’s possible. We approach each conversation assuming with the intention to start a partnership – not close a sale.
We translate your idea – no matter how vague – into detailed specs and a working sample. This is where we truly collaborate — refining details, suggesting better materials, and sharing our learnings from our 1,000+ order experience. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting — before production even begins.
Our turnaround times for samples to be sent out:
For unprinted bags: 48 hours from request.
For printed bags: up to a week.
Charges for sampling:
For unprinted bags: No charge, assuming we are using fabric from our existing stock.
For printed bags: Charges vary depending on the size and number of colours. This charge is generally fully refundable against your final order, if there is no change in requirement.
Shipping: Samples are usually sent via the customer’s courier account (such as FedEx). Alternatively, we can send the samples using our own FedEx account, for a nominal fee of $30 – $50, payable via Paypal.
Your order moves to our facility in Kolkata. This is our own factory – not outsourced. Every cut, stitch, and finish is overseen by seasoned professionals — and every batch goes through multiple checks. We don’t compromise on quality here.
We are upgrading our reporting process! We are working on a live dashboard where you will be able to check the status and key numbers of your order at any time. This is a first for an Indian bag manufacturer, and is a part of our effort to provide full transparency and make life easier for our customers. You’ll never have to wait for updates or worry about your order’s production status again.
We manage all the paperwork, coordinate freight, and keep you in the loop with honest timelines. We can arrange shipment for you, or work with your nominated freight-forwarder. Your bags arrive when promised — ready to ship, gift, or sell.
We don’t disappear after delivery. We check in, gather feedback, and help you plan ahead. Maybe you want to scale up, maybe you’ve gained the confidence to try a new line, maybe you want to do something else. We and our friendly hands at the factory are here to help.
